In the sleepy leafy semi-rural village of Eythorne, we find this beautiful home which should grab your attention. The cladding sets the scene of what you should expect of this well maintained home with a bohemian theme. It is the extras you would not expect to find like the entrance tiles that will wet your appetite for more and this property will deliver. The mixture of pastel colours and part tasteful papered walls are excellent. The lounge/dining room with its wood floors, bay window and well used wood burner give that country feel. The family kitchen will encourage you to cook your next gastro designer cuisine dish or why not after a long day at work, make full use of the sauna room. No home would be complete without a downstairs cloakroom. Making your way upstairs you will find the lovely theme continues with all three bedrooms well set out. The en-suite shower room is beautiful and a real credit to this home. The family bathroom is an attractive suite that you will love. The rear garden has an array of plants and flowers as well as a well thought our cabin which is where the owners children study or play and this would make an excellent space for all you workers from home. The front of the property offers ample parking as well as a garage in front. What the Owner says:
When we first viewed the this property it was a very different home to the one that we have created today, but the feeling of comfort and calm could be felt despite the decoration. Decor can be changed in a day but the essence of a house is in its fabrication, we loved the persona of the this property. It has been a comfortable and happy family home, approximately 15 minutes Canterbury, Dover, Sandwich and Deal, it is ideally located, a regular bus route and the Shepherdswell train link have given the children an added independence. The beautiful countryside of Waldershare estate has offered walks and hours of walnut, apple and bramble picking, even sledging one year!Room sizes:GROUND FLOOREntrance HallwayDownstairs CloakroomLounge/Dining Room: 24'8 x 12'4 (7.52m x 3.76m)Family Kitchen: 18'6 x 9'8 (5.64m x 2.95m)Sauna RoomConservatory To The RearFIRST FLOORLandingBedroom 1: 10'8 x 10'7 (3.25m x 3.23m)En-Suite Shower RoomBedroom 2: 11'5 x 10'7 (3.48m x 3.23m)Bedroom 3: 10'8 x 8'3 (3.25m x 2.52m)Family BathroomOUTSIDEFront GardenRear GardenOff Road ParkingGarageCabin
