This home has such wonderful features both inside and out. I love the garden as it is an ideal space to spend time in the summer and there is a feature which I had envisaged into making into a barbecue area. The home is so spacious throughout and creating the basement room has now made the fourth bedroom or extra living space if need be. Sarre has all the trappings of village life on your doorstep but the fast train to London is nearby in Birchington and travelling anywhere from here is easy including to the sandy beaches nearby. Canterbury is also only a short drive away for shopping and there is easy access to the M2 which is ideal for commuting. There is a Wonderful Primary School in nearby St Nicholas and people often move nearby to ensure catchment.Room sizes:Kitchen: 17'1 x 10'6 (5.21m x 3.20m)Rear HallwayBathroomBedroom 3: 11'0 x 9'4 (3.36m x 2.85m)Dining Room: 14'2 x 9'11 (4.32m x 3.02m)HallwayLiving Room: 14'11 x 11'10 (4.55m x 3.61m)LandingHallwayBedroom 2: 11'11 x 9'4 (3.63m x 2.85m)Shower RoomBedroom 1: 14'9 x 13'4 (4.50m x 4.07m)Front GardenRear Garden
