The Vendor's View

We were first attracted to the location of the property, within walking distance to the hospital, and also its close proximity to the Simon Langton grammar schools. The house is positioned in a quiet cul de sac and we really liked the appearance with its Georgian style windows.

Our favourite rooms are without doubt the bright and airy sitting and dining room, which benefits from natural daylight throughout the day.

There is a good sense of community here and we have very friendly and supportive neighbours. This is a Neighbourhood watch area and it feels very safe here, an ideal place to raise children.

We have enjoyed living in this location for so many reasons. The city centre is within easy walking distance, less than half a mile. The house is also within walking distance to the cricket ground, and there is plenty of parking on the road for visitors.

We will miss all four of the spacious double bedrooms, along with the quietness and the safety of the area.
