The Vendor's View

We moved into our Bungalow thirteen years ago. We were looking at another property, which was too big for us and I went to turn the car round when I saw this bungalow for sale. It looked very nice with a large front. This was on the Sunday and we came down from Essex on Monday and made an offer which was accepted.

We enjoy sitting in the lounge with our log fire burning when it is cold and wet outside. In the summer we open the patio doors and look at the birds and the garden.

We both like the local amenities; you have the doctor's just down the road, together with a supermarket and B&Q within a couple of minutes away. Whitstable and the coast are only 2 miles away. And of course you are only 5 miles from Canterbury. The train station is only just down the road. The Bungalow is very convenient for the 18-hole Golf Course and The Barn Restaurant.

Overall Chestfield is a very nice village. The neighbours are very nice people and we will miss all of them. This is a wonderful property and we are only moving due to the size of the garden, which I can't cope with now due to being disabled. We will really miss this property but feel it is time to move on.
