I challenge anyone to ever get bored with the views from this home! Try and tear yourself away from the conservatory that has been cleverly designed to make the most of the ever changing seascape. The current owners often find themselves sleeping in the conservatory looking up at the stars. Two elevated outside decks continue to have the same great views and they have been positioned so that you can enjoy either sun or shade. Roll on fireworks night when you will get a “free display” lighting up the sky for miles. You can enjoy this from the warmth and comfort of your own home with a glass of your favourite tipple and perhaps a stew bubbling away on the stove. The property offers great versatility of accommodation to suit your personal requirements, so perhaps you would like to have two separate lounges (one could be the football escape room) on the other hand it may well suit to have 3 bedrooms for when friends and family visit. For the best of both worlds a bed-settee in one of the lounges caters for all tastes. What a fabulous place to enjoy your retirement. What the Owner says:
We feel privileged to have lived in this beautiful place for over 17 years. The bungalow was a shell when we found it, but we have turned it into a home to love. We have had 3 generations living here at once which demonstrates the flexibility of the layout of this ‘Tardis’.The greatest joy of this place is the ‘Living Canvas’ that surrounds us with stunning 220° sea views. Evenings are spent relaxing on one of the two decks watching the sun create its magic as it dips into the Whitstable Sea. The town is an easy 15 minute walk or you can be on the beach in 10 minutes. Amazing medical facilities with incredible doctors and an A & E facility open from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week are less than a 5 minute drive away.Wonderful neighbours – now friends – complete the package and make this little bit of Kent so hard to leave.
