I was originally attracted to this apartment because of the shear size. It was much larger than any others that I had looked at down The Esplanade. The balcony which extends around from the lounge to the bedroom is great and gives you a fantastic view of the river with passing boats and wildlife. It also gives you a direct view of the sunsets which are very picturesque. It’s very light and airy throughout the apartment. I’ve redecorated and also put some modern lighting in which really gives the feeling of space. This is particularly nice of an evening as the LED’s light up the rooms with mood lighting. The parking in the under croft is great as I have more space than most by being on the corner plot. Rochester town centre is only a short walk away and has plenty on offer. There’s nothing nicer than sitting having a coffee watching the world pass by in the historic High Street.
