When searching for a home I just wanted something that would be a safe environment and that was easy to maintain. Most flats I looked at didn't offer this so I was delighted when I found this home in Sir Evelyn Road. The area is very quiet and is largely made up of large detached and semi detached homes. There was the added perk of a driveway too instead of allocated bays which meant I could just walk straight into my home, a huge convenience when carrying in the weekly shop.
I've modernised throughout with very neutral colours, in addition to tiling the kitchen and landscaping the garden. It's a home ready to be moved into straight away. The motorway is only a short drive from here in addition to some local shops such as a Co op and fish and chip shop. I also like the walk into Rochester from here where there's an active night scene and plenty of restaurants and bars.
