You will love the location here! The home is tucked away at the end of a pleasant and green cul-de-sac; lovely and safe for children with mature trees. It is neither overlooked from the front or the back, so it doesn’t have that cramped feeling you get with many modern homes. The bathroom has been improved with a crisp white suite and a shower has been added over the bath, giving you the choice of a quick revitalising shower or a long hot soak after a day at work. A pleasant open plan kitchen/dining area suits today’s lifestyle and is sociable when friends visit, practical for the family too.You will be pleasantly surprised with the size of the garden, which is larger than you would expect giving a lovely outdoor space for children to play, whilst allowing plenty of scope for the green-fingered. A short stroll from home takes you to Little Market Row with an “every day” shop, a hairdresser’s, a doctor’s surgery and nursery. There is also The Old Rectory Pub, a rustic country style family pub, offering a warm welcome. St Peter and St Paul’s primary school is within easy reach too. The area is very family orientated, friendly and sociable making it a great place to put down some roots. The garage en-bloc will keep the frost off the car or make a great space for bikes and very welcome for those with a particular hobby to store items. What the Owner says:
I can hardly believe it was fourteen years ago I bought my home. I love Leybourne as a location, it is a really pleasant area with excellent leisure pursuits. I have superb commuter connections by rail or I can hop on the M20 at J4.I have always found it easy to park at the front of the house and the long front garden means the house is nicely set back from the road and provides a nice view. Similarly the rear garden is much larger than homes today and provides a lovely green outlook.I really like the peace and quiet here, there is no passing traffic, in fact the only cars you are likely to see will be those of the immediate neighbours.
