We bought this house due to its position, the fact you have everything on your doorstep has proven to be fantastic for us.
We have always bought period houses and as soon as we walked in and saw the wood burning stove and the abundance of character we knew we had to have it.
Since being here we have decorated, added new carpets, changed the hearth and completely transformed the rear garden by adding lighting, tiles, plants and shrubs and most importantly the studio/summer house which e love to use as a dining room all year round.Room sizes:Lounge: 10'4 x 10'1 (3.15m x 3.08m)Kitchen: 10'1 x 7'8 (3.08m x 2.34m)LandingBedroom 1: 10'7 x 9'6 (3.23m x 2.90m)BathroomGarden to RearStudio/Summer House
