• Beautifully landscaped garden
• EPC energy rating F (37)
Without a doubt, this in our opinion is one of the finest roads in Herne Bay and the property is quite unique in size and character. Its charming period features and classic styling are inspiring and highly desirable and therefore will be in high demand. This residence has undergone a loft conversion which offers a spacious office/bedroom which is great for a large growing family. There are 3 reception rooms downstairs with a large extended kitchen/diner on the ground floor which really offers a modern twist to this character property. The home itself lends to a family especially as the location would suit all with the bus stop/train station round the corner and shops and sea front all within a 5 minute walk. The garden has been landscaped giving a good level of privacy and offering a lawned area, while remaining relatively low maintenance which is ideal for the busy family.A viewing cannot come more highly recommended. What the Owner says:
As soon as we saw this home we knew it was going to tick all our boxes especially being of the age it was. The house itself offers character and now with us putting an extension on offers a modern twist with a lovely spacious kitchen/diner. We fell in love with the house as soon as we viewed it. We loved its 1920's character, and saw the potential to use the loft conversion as an office. We extended at the back to create a spacious modern kitchen diner which has become the 'hub' of the house. Having two children, we've enjoyed living only five minutes walk from the town centre, shops and beach, and having a rail station and bus stops just round the corner has been a godsend. Internally we have updated, however, there is still plenty of scope to put your own stamp on things.Room sizes:Entrance HallwayKitchen: 19'2 x 18'2 (5.85m x 5.54m)Downstairs CloakroomMusic Room: 13'4 x 12'5 (4.07m x 3.79m)Utility RoomFamily Room: 14'6 x 12'4 (4.42m x 3.76m)Lounge: 19'5 x 11'4 (5.92m x 3.46m)LandingBedroom 1: 14'9 x 11'0 (4.50m x 3.36m)En-suiteBedroom 2: 12'5 x 11'5 (3.79m x 3.48m)Bedroom 3: 15'5 x 11'5 (4.70m x 3.48m)Bedroom 4: 14'3 x 12'5 (4.35m x 3.79m)BathroomLandingBedroom 5/Office: 20'6 x 12'6 (6.25m x 3.81m)Front GardenRear Garden
