We bought our home from new 34 years ago and have been extremely happy here. We extended to the front and rear 30 years ago and have made full use of the additional accommodation over the years.
The large extended lounge enjoys views of the garden and it is nice to have a separate dining room when entertaining our family and friends. We refitted the kitchen 10 years ago but still feel it looks contemporary in design.
One of our favourite features of our home is the good sized rear garden that is not overlooked and the large decked area where we have spent many happy hours enjoying the sun and the garden views.Room sizes:Entrance HallKitchen: 10'8 x 9'1 (3.25m x 2.77m)Dining Room: 12'4 x 11'4 (3.76m x 3.46m)Lounge: 22'0 x 11'5 (6.71m x 3.48m)Study: 8'4 x 5'8 (2.54m x 1.73m)Integral Garage: 14'5 x 8'8 (4.40m x 2.64m)CloakroomLandingBedroom 1: 14'8 x 8'5 (4.47m x 2.57m)Dressing Area: 13'9 x 8'6 (4.19m x 2.59m)Bedroom 2: 11'5 x 9'2 (3.48m x 2.80m)Bedroom 3: 10'5 x 5'10 (3.18m x 1.78m)BathroomGarden to Front and RearOff Road Parking
