We really liked the New England style of this property, and the way it sat so well in its surroundings. The developer and the architect had created this beautiful house and we loved it instantly.

The living room is huge with a cathedral ceiling and there is a lovely mezzanine floor that overlooks the sea. It creates a real wow factor and the whole house has a wonderful spacious feel. We also loved the little dressing rooms that we had built into two of the bedrooms. Unusually for Whitstable, the house also benefits from 3 parking spaces, which has been a plus point.

The location is ideal, within 15 minutes walking distance from the town and train station, which is great for shopping, eating out and, of course, travel to London and surrounding towns. The seafront and beach is a 20 minute walk away.

We love Whitstable, its so close to the sea and yet you re also able to get out into the countryside quickly too. There is a new retail park on the edge of town, which is really handy for shopping, and Canterbury is just a short drive or bus ride away. It s a great location, with everything you could possibly need within easy reach.

This has been a very easy house to live in, very accessible with a relaxed feel. We will miss the spacious atmosphere and the gorgeous sea views the most.
