One of the first things that stood out for us to this home was the shear amount of parking. Having the cars under cover not only protects them but makes it easy getting in and out of the home as the internal door means you never have to step into the outside elements. Here you'll also find a useful outside storage cupboard which you could keep bikes in and an outside water tap. It's very quiet here too as you are set back from the road, all that wakes you are the sounds of birds tweeting in the surround landscapes gardens. It also helps that there are also only 6 properties in the entire block. We often use the communal garden area which is again very private and not really overlooked, great for having a picnic. We really enjoy the space that it also offers throughout the flat. Having changed the boiler we have a huge storage cupboard and other luxuries like an en suite shower room. Not to mention having Hive heating means we can control our heating from our phone, anywhere.At weekend we like to enjoy Rochester High Street, the walk down only really takes 15 - 20 minutes and has some lovely views on the way of the river and castle.
The station also makes the commute very easy, getting to St Pancras is less than 45 minutes.
