Having lived in this home for the last 7 years. I’ve loved every minute of it! There really is something special about the home that gives it a very homely feel. I've made many improvements along the way, these include adding a double glazed porch at the front of the home, landscaping the rear garden and decorating throughout.
I spend plenty of time in the garden, it’s a private space that is not overlooked. The previous owner used it for parking however I have planted flowers and shrubs to create the landscaped garden you now see. It’s particularly nice as evening is setting in as the solar lights start to glow. The open plan living/dining room is a great space for all of your furniture and lets in plenty of natural light. The upstairs bathroom certainly had me sold as the room is a fabulous size. There’s nothing better than lighting some candles and relaxing after a long day at work. The walk into Rochester is beautiful, a short stroll along Maidstone Road finds you in the town centre in no time at all.
