What the Owner says:
I bought this property in the 1980's as a first time buyer and what impressed me most was that it was much larger than the others properties I had looked at. It also had a garage, which I thought would come in really handy, and it was convenient for local schools.I have made sure that the house has been well looked after over the years and have recently had it redecorated.I feel that this will make a great home for a young family as all of the bedrooms are of a good size and, as one leads off of the other it would make an ideal nursery for a young baby or could even be used as a dressing room. The town centre and railway station are within walking distance but there is a bus stop at the top of the road if you don't fancy walking. The marshes are nearby as well which are great for exploring at the weekend either on foot or on a family bike ride.Room sizes:GROUND FLOOREntrance HallLounge: 11'10 x 9'6 (3.61m x 2.90m)Dining Room: 12'10 x 11'0 (3.91m x 3.36m)Kitchen: 8'0 x 7'8 (2.44m x 2.34m)BathroomFIRST FLOORLandingBedroom 1: 12'10 x 9'10 (3.91m x 3.00m)Bedroom 2: 12'10 x 11'0 (3.91m x 3.36m)Bedroom 3: 14'4 x 8'0 (4.37m x 2.44m)OUTSIDEFront and Rear GardensGarage at the Rear
