I moved in to the house when new, back in October 2007. I chose this house because it has a bright and spacious lounge and a garden that is not overlooked. All of the bedrooms are of a generous size, which is brilliant when you have family and friends come to stay. The location is great, as you can easily walk to Waitrose and Asda supermarkets and the many excellent restaurants that Kings Hill has to offer. If you commute, as I do, Kings Hill is perfectly situated for the M2 and M20 motorways and West Malling station is only a short drive away, providing access in to central London and Ashford International.
