I was first attracted to this property given its proximity to the train station which was important to me as I do not run a car.I thought the property provided the best of both worlds as it was a modern home, close to an historic town centre. Compared to a number of other properties I viewed, this house offered far more living space and I love the fact that there is ample storage which is always incredibly useful!Being detached it has proven to be a very quiet property and I have even got a small private garden which is easy for me to maintain.Room sizes:Entrance HallHallwayKitchen/Living Area: 22'0 x 11'8 (6.71m x 3.56m)Bedroom 1: 14'0 (4.27m) x 12'7 (3.84m) narrowing to 8'11 (2.72m)En-suite Shower RoomBedroom 2: 12'6 x 6'11 (3.81m x 2.11m)BathroomEnclosed Side GardenAllocated Parking
