It was the size of this property that really sold it to me, all the rooms are of a good size with high ceilings and I was particularly impressed with the kitchen/breakfast room which was massive. I also loved the character features and that it was a very convenient location, its handy for local shops and is also within walking distance of the town centre and rail station which will be great for commuters.There is also a good choice of primary and secondary schools nearby, ideal if you have children who like to walk to school with their friends.I have carried out lots of work to the house over the years and have recently updated the bathroom and have had a new front door fitted. I have also landscaped the garden to make a great social space as it is a real suntrap and great for barbecues.
