The location of this house won me completely over when I first viewed it. A stones throw from the harbour and shops meant I would never have to use the car. Being so close to the sea is very therapeutic and is a great escape from my busy working life.I rent this out on a part time basis as a holiday let. This has meant that not only can I use the house myself on a regular basis but I bring in at least £14,000 a year on letting other families enjoy my home for short breaks.
