This period property will offer you everything you could want from a seaside home in Whitstable. Plenty of reception space for when you want to entertain friends and family and if you don't fancy sweating over a hot oven you can just cross over the road and dine in one of the harbour front restaurants. The station is just a short walk away - perfect for commuting, or for a change of pace in the West End. Three double bedrooms gives lots of space for all of the family or for overnight guests. Enjoy the best of both worlds as the hustle and bustle of Whitstable is more or less on your doorstep, yet when you fancy some peace and quiet the rear courtyard garden is a haven of tranquility! The coast is attractive no matter what the season is and Whitstable has a real buzz all year round. In the winter months watch the waves crash into the shore as you take an invigorating walk along the front. Treat yourself to a drink in one of the many characterful pubs before returning home to a Sunday roast as you gather around the dining table. Alternatively why not rent this out part time for holiday lets and make some spare cash. With parking at a premium, there is enough space in the rear courtyard to convert it to one small parking space (STPP), which neighbouring properties have done. What the Owner says:
The location of this house won me completely over when I first viewed it. A stones throw from the harbour and shops meant I would never have to use the car. Being so close to the sea is very therapeutic and is a great escape from my busy working life.I rent this out on a part time basis as a holiday let. This has meant that not only can I use the house myself on a regular basis but I bring in at least £14,000 a year on letting other families enjoy my home for short breaks. There is a great sense of community here so I think it would suit a permanent resident as well as it has suited me.Room sizes:Lounge: 15'7 x 10'10 (4.75m x 3.30m)Dining Room: 15'7 x 15'0 (4.75m x 4.58m)Kitchen: 11'10 x 9'3 (3.61m x 2.82m)BathroomBedroom 1: 15'6 x 10'11 (4.73m x 3.33m)Bedroom 2: 15'6 x 10'11 (4.73m x 3.33m)Bedroom 3: 15'5 x 13'7 (4.70m x 4.14m)Front GardenRear Courtyard Garden
