From the front you probably will not realise just what a large house this property really is. It has been extended to the rear and up into the loft and as a result, has so much space on offer. The house is situated in west Dartford and due to the location you can easily walk to Crayford or Dartford railway stations. It is also only a short distance from the motorways, so commuters will find this to be a very convenient location. The surrounding area is renowned for its high performing schools, so if you have children to consider, living here will potentially enable your family to attend some of the county's best schools. The house itself feels very spacious throughout and it is perfectly suited to families with children of all ages. The downstairs toilet is a useful feature and the bedroom on the second floor with its own en-suite provides you with a wonderful retreat at the end of a long day.Another useful feature is the detached garage and parking area found at the end of the rear garden. This is great because although the house is elevated at the front, the rear is perfectly flat and parking is never an issue. What the Owner says:
The house ticked all of our boxes and we fell in love with it at the first viewing. The space that is on offer is phenomenal. The layout of the downstairs is a huge bonus. Perfect for when we've had friends and family over. Being open plan from the kitchen through to the living area means you can cook and still be involved. However it is also great for those quiet evenings in front of the TV or with the children playing while you do the housework. The private road and parking is great and we use this as our main way in and out of the house. Plus this is where we have connected with our neighbours. It's the hub of our little stretch of road. We added a breakfast bar once we move in, which the kids love as it is the ideal spot for them to do homework whilst we cook dinner. We also work from home quite often and we have added an extra room which we used to use as an office and now it is the playroom - very versatile.
