The house ticked all of our boxes and we fell in love with it at the first viewing. The space that is on offer is phenomenal.The layout of the downstairs is a huge bonus. Perfect for when we've had friends and family over. Being open plan from the kitchen through to the living area means you can cook and still be involved. However it is also great for those quiet evenings in front of the TV or with the children playing while you do the housework.The private road and parking is great and we use this as our main way in and out of the house. Plus this is where we have connected with our neighbours. It's the hub of our little stretch of road. We added a breakfast bar once we move in, which the kids love as it is the ideal spot for them to do homework whilst we cook dinner.
