Having lived in the property for over 5 years it’s been a great home in this time. When I was looking for properties nothing come close to the sheer size of the apartment which is nearly 800sq ft. The open plan kitchen/dining/ living space really is a 'wow factor' room. The centre island in the middle of the kitchen area helps divide the room and provides plenty of worktop space and kitchen storage. This room is flooded with natural light due to the full height Juliet balcony doors and windows.All of the modern day requirements have been thought about here, with built in wardrobes and an en-suite to the main bedroom. There are various large cupboards throughout the apartment which help with storage. I was particularly impressed with the communal areas, not only the cleanliness, but each level of the building has a unique access code for added security. The parking was also a bonus as there is an allocated bay which is accessed through a secure gate.The town is less than a couple of minutes away. There is certainly something for everyone with a high speed train link and an array of coffee shops and restaurants.
