With Whitstable as popular as ever for retiring to, it means that bungalows can be quite pricey. This park home is bigger than most and will give a detached bungalow a really good run for its money. You can potter around the garden and spend hours planning you own planting scheme. It is a very good size and has space for relaxing as well as creating a visual colour feast.Step inside and be amazed at how much space you have. The lounge should fit all of your furniture and there is also space for dining. Cook up a treat in the modern kitchen and show off your culinary skills to friends and family when they come to visit. Stock up the cupboards from the recently opened M&S or Aldi which are a short drive away (perfect for when something takes your fancy that isn't already in the fridge). The master bedroom is every girls dream!! A walk in wardrobe! So with some of the money you have saved on this purchase you could treat yourself to new shoes, handbags and glad rags. The en-suite is another real bonus giving you "his and hers" bathrooms and of course, private amenities for overnight guests. One definitely not to miss.It is to be noted that the seller of this property is a person connected with Arun Estates as defined in the Estate Agents Act 1979.What the Owner says:
We wanted to retire to the sea, and Whitstable had always been close to our hearts. We looked at lots of bungalows and became quite disheartened as they all seemed to need masses of work and they were really small. We were over the moon when we viewed this home as it offered so much more space than we ever imagined we would get. We got to keep our favourite furniture and it didn't feel as if we were downsizing too much. The garden size was perfect and being in the corner has meant we feel really private when we are outside. Over the last couple of years we have fitted a new kitchen and a new en-suite. We feel that the monthly fee is really good value for money as it includes water rates and discounted electricity.Room sizes:Entrance HallLounge/Diner: 19'10 x 10'4 (6.05m x 3.15m)Bedroom 1: 14'2 x 9'8 (4.32m x 2.95m)En-suite showerBedroom 2: 12'2 x 9'5 (3.71m x 2.87m)BathroomKitchen: 15'5 x 8'9 (4.70m x 2.67m)Front GardenRear Garden
